The developers did not initially envision the protective feeling players might develop for the duo, describing it as a new experience for *GTA* where actions impact the relationship. Nelson also confirmed that the game's story is inspired by the "Bonnie and Clyde concept," and that *GTA 6* will launch on November 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
