Einride, the Swedish electric trucking company, announced its acquisition of Flipturn for $38 million, its first acquisition as a publicly traded entity. The deal, expected to finalize in July 2026, aims to expand Einride’s EV charging ecosystem and bolster its U.S. scaling strategy. Flipturn, founded in 2022, developed an EV charging software platform compatible with any Open Charge Point Protocol charger.
